NOC Tonkawa Maverick Joey Pena was named NJCAA Region 2 Division 2 Baseball Athlete of the Week for Feb. 11.

Pena, a sophomore from Mustang, hit .667 and drove in three runs in a doubleheader sweep of NEO on Sunday.

Pena added a double and stolen base for the Mavs (5-0-1).
