The Mavs split with Ellsworth Sunday in Tonkawa winning the second game 15-0 after dropping Game 1 6-5.
The Mavs (4-2) won three of four in the weekend series.
In Game 2, the Mavs used a nine hit attack on offense while Racer Felter and two relievers shut out Ellsworth.
Kyson Snelson had two hits and five runs batted in while Barrett Rose and Cash Jay had two hits each. Rose also scored three runs.
Felton allowed one hit over 3.1 innings while Jacob Conner and Billy Humphrey pitched in short relief.
The Mavs scored in every inning in Game 2.
In Game 1, the Mavs' late rally fell just short losing 6-5.
NOC trailed 6-4 in the seventh rallying with one run but fell short.
Lake Strickland doubled and homered for the Mavs driving in four runs. Snelson and Rose scored two runs each.
Caden Fiveash started for the Mavs with bullpen help from Graeme Rios, David Carr, Billy Humphrey, and Malik Wilson.
The Mavs are at Pratt (KS) on Wednesday, the Mavs host Pratt Saturday at noon.
