HESSTON, Kansas --  The NOC Mavs hit nine home runs in a double header sweep of Hesston (KS) on Tuesday 17-3 and 9-7.

In Game 1, NOC hit five home runs and pounded 16 hits in a 17-3 pasting of Hesston.

Mitchell Lucero led the hit parade with three hits including a home run and a double and six runs batted in.  Geovanni Blackshaw added three hits including a home run.

Lake Strickland, Ryan Duncan, and Barrett Rose also homered, Strickland had three runs batted in.

NOC led 16-0 after the second inning.

Racer Felter earned the win allowing three runs on four hits while striking out six.

In Game 2, the Mavs overcame a 5-0 deficit and won 9-7.

The Mavs trailed 6-0 before scoring nine unanswered runs including five runs in the seventh to complete the doubleheader sweep.

Rose, Duncan, and Blackshaw were joined by Kyson Snelson in going yard for the Mavs.

Rose had three runs batted in, Snelson scored two runs.

Caden Fiveash earned the win allowing one unearned run over three innnings in relief.

The Mavs (10-5) host North Central Missouri College in doubleheaders Saturday and Sunday.
