Caden Fiveash allowed one earned run over eight innings and Darian Duhon had four hits in an 11-3 win over National Park in the second game of a doubleheader on Sunday.

The Mavs lost the first game 4-2.

NOC (19-14) is 4-8 in conference while National Park (17-12) is 6-6 in league.

In Game 2, Fiveash struck out five and allowed six hits over eight innings.  He allowed three runs, one was earned.

Duhon had four hits and scored two runs, Jaylin Bennett homered and had three runs batted in.  Barrett Rose had three hits in a 14 hit attack.

In Game 1, the Mavs fell behind 3-0 after the first two innings and lost 4-2.

NOC out hit National Park 8-7.  Kyson Snelson and Jaylin Bennett had two hits each.

Garrison Brandt and Geovanni Blackshaw drove home the two Maverick runs.

Carter Hines and Graeme Rios worked for the Mavs, Rios threw the final 6.1 innings.

The Mavs are at Rose State Tuesday at 3 p.m.
