EL DORADO, Arkansas --  The NOC Tonkawa Mavs split a doubleheader at South Arkansas Saturday winning the first 11-3 and dropping the second 7-5.

NOC split the four game series 2-2.

The Mavs (21-17) are 5-11 in conferece while South Arkansas (16-16) is 6-6.  

In Game 1, Caden Fiveash tossed a complete game in an 11-3 win.  Fiveash allowed three runs on five hits.

Fiveash received plenty of offensive support as Barrett Rose hit a three run home run and Darian Duhon doubled and had four runs batted in.

Cash Jay added three hits including two doubles while Garrison Brandt and Kyson Snelson added two hits each.

In the second game, the Mavs led 4-0 but South Arkansas scored six runs in the middle innings to woin 7-5.

Jay had a three hit game including a home while Snelson, Brandt, and Geovanni Blackshaw had two hits each.

Duhon added another two rbi's on the day.

Graeme Rios was the starter allowing four earned runs over 5.1 innings.  Ayden Page and Jacob Conner worked the final 2.2 innings.

The Mavs host Rose State Tuesday at 2 p.m.
