Mavs fall to Carl Albert, splits four game set

POTEAU, Okla. --  NOC fell to Carl Albert 8-4 Saturday giving the Mavs and Vikings a split in the four game conference series.

The Mavs (19-21) are 7-13 in conference while Carl Albert (26-17) is 7-9.

NOC built and early 3-0 lead but Carl Albert scored eight unanswered runs in the 8-4 Vikings win.

Aidan LeMasters and Enrique Munir Diaz drove in two runs each for the Mavs, LeMasters added a double.  Preston Gajewski and Bodee Mausser each scored two runs from the top of the order.

Jakeb Koop (4-4) started for the Mavs with bullpen help from Corey Jordan, Brady Broeckel, and Kolson Edge.

What's Next:  The Mavs host DFW Post Grad on Thursday, April 16, at 1 p.m./3:30 p.m.
