EL RENO, 0klahoma -- Avante Lederer led seven players in double figures as NOC routed Redlands 95-65 Thursday night in El Reno.
The 10th ranked Mavs (14-1) improved to 9-1 in OCAC play while Redlands (8-9) fell to 8-9 on the year.
Thursday's game was never in doubt as the Mavs jumped out to a 45-23 lead at half and were never threatened.
Following Lederer for the Mavs was Nate Goodlow with 14, Justin Wilson 13, Tyrel Morgan and JD Ray with 12 each, Mark Berry 11, and Dylan McLean 10.
Wilson added 11 rebounds to lead the Mavs while Morgan had eight. Goodlow added five steals.
"I was really happy with our team energy last night," said coach Jackson. "The guys played for each other. That is how we need to be to gain momentum down the stretch."
The Mavs face conference leader Murray State twice in three days, the first is Saturday at Foster-Piper Fieldhouse Saturday at 4 p.m.
"We have a big two game stretch against Murray State," Jackson said. "They are in first place for a reason. They can really, really shoot it. They have tons of returners and are extremely well coached. We will have to be locked in if we want a chance."
