LIBERAL, Kansas -- The NOC Mavs scored 40 runs on Sunday in a doubleheader sweep of Seward (KS).

The Mavs (5-1) were 26-0 and 14-5 winners.

In Game 1, the Mavs pounded 22 hits in beating Seward 26-0.

Megan Bellar, Lynsey Ailey, and Savannah Chenoweth homered while Morgan Fowble added two doubles.  Jasmine Warriner added a double and triple while Margaret Landes and Haiden Huster doubled.  Alexandra Griffin added a triple for NOC.  Ailey and Fowble had four hits each.

Warriner had five runs batted in while Landes added four.  Ailey had three rbi's while Bellar and Chenoweth had two runs driven home each.

Ailey twirled a one hit shut out striking out 12.

In Game 2, Emma Enderud was the winner in the circle allowing four earned runs on 12 hits over six innings.

She had plenty of offensive support as the Mavs pounded out 11 hits.

Bellar and Audrey Meyers led the parade with two hits each while Meyers and Griffin had three runs batted in each.  Bellar and Chenoweth added two runs batted in each.

The Mavs host Butler on March 1 at 1 p.m.
