PIEDMONT, Oklahoma -- In a classic pitcher's duel, #4 Seminole outlasted NOC Tonkawa 2-1 at Piedmont High School.

Lynsey Ailey and Emma Enderud scattered eight hits allowing just two runs striking out four SSC hitters.

NOC scored its lone run in the fifth when Margaret Landes was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded scoring Karsyn Coleman but that was the only run for the Mavs.

NOC left the bases loaded in the fifth and two runners on in the sixth.

Teagan Honer and Alexandra Griffin had two hits each while Karsyn Coleman and Cozee Clark had one hit each.

The Mavs next play in the loser's bracket Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
